Our Online Exclusive Gowns are made to order and require your measurements to ensure the best possible fit. Please refer to the measurement guide image provided and submit your details at checkout. If we require any further measurements, we’ll contact you directly for clarification.
⏳ Timelines & Rush Orders
Standard production and delivery time is 3–6 months from the date of order.
Any orders needed in less than 3 months will incur a Rush Order Fee, invoiced separately after checkout.
Please provide your wedding date at checkout to help us prioritise your order.
📏 Sizing & Alterations
While gowns are created to your closest size based on the measurements provided, minor alterations may still be required upon arrival to achieve your perfect fit.
We recommend booking with a trusted seamstress to allow time for any final adjustments.
📦 Delivery
All gowns are shipped directly to you from our studio.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your gown is dispatched.
🔄 Exchanges & Returns
As each Online Exclusive gown is made to order, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are available.
Please ensure measurements and wedding dates are accurate before completing your purchase.
